Disqo acquires Verto Analytics
Verto Analytics, which was headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, worked on understanding consumer behaviour and measure consumer journeys.
As part of the acquisition, the company’s 12 employees, not including their chief executive, will join Disqo.
The Verto Analytics brand will be retired, and the firm’s technology and intellectual property will be owned by Disqo. Financial terms of the acquisition have not been released.
Armen Adjemian, chief executive of Disqo, said: “This acquisition expands our ability to help brands, agencies, media platforms and researchers generate more robust audience insights at a crucial time — when consumer experience journeys are going through metamorphic change.”
Patrick Brennan, former chief executive of Verto Analytics, said: “The Verto team is proud to join the Disqo family and we look forward to bringing the media measurement technologies we’ve perfected to Disqo’s platform.”
