Disqo names VP for consumer apps
In his new role, Duke (pictured) will lead the development of Disqo’s consumer-facing applications, including their perceptions and behaviours from touch points on their ‘consumer journeys’.
Duke will also oversee the growth of Disqo’s mobile and desktop consumer applications.
Before joining Disqo, Duke was senior director of strategy and product at Oracle, where he managed a team leading customer retention for its Fusion applications.
Prior to that, Duke had leadership roles at Nordstrom, Varsity Tutors and Expedia, and started his career working in technology at firms including Microsoft, Blackberry and Sitraka.
The latest appointment follows the hiring by Disqo of Yannis Pavlidis as vice-president of data science and David Karp as vice-president of customer success.
Drew Kutcharian, co-founder and chief technology officer at Disqo, said: “Andrew’s deep product expertise, passion for building world-class consumer apps and his leadership experience will be instrumental to expanding the value and trust our consumer audience members experience when engaging with us.”
