In The Cluetrain Manifesto, Doc Searls argued that markets are conversations, and that no-one wants to hear marketing ‘messages’ anymore.

In this 11-minute interview, Robert Bain speaks to Searls about his latest work on ‘vendor relationship management’ – an emerging breed of technologies that he hopes will put customers, rather than vendors, in control of relationships.
