Ebiquity names new UK and Europe MDs

UK – Media and marketing consultancy Ebiquity has promoted Nick Pugh to MD of UK and Ireland, while Laetitia Zinetti has been named MD for Continental Europe as Mauricio Barange retires.

Pugh joined Ebiquity over 10 years ago, most recently leading the advanced analytics practice in the UK and shaping the company’s approach to marketing analytics and data science.

Zinetti joined the company in 2010 as managing director of France. Most recently she has held the role of managing principal, media consulting, based in Paris and London. In her new role, she will develop the company’s offer across Continental Europe.

Barange, managing director for Europe, is retiring after 10 years in the role.

Both Pugh and Zinetti will report to global president Richard Basil-Jones. 

Basil-Jones said: "Nick and Laetitia’s appointments reflect the significant evolution that Ebiquity’s services have undergone. Ebiquity is far more than just media performance measurement."

He added that the appointments support the company’s vision to become "the leading global strategic media and marketing advisors to CMOs".

In January, Ebiquity completed the sale of its Advertising Intelligence business to Nielsen in a deal worth £26m, with the company stating it would focus on its media, analytics and tech practices.
