Fisher (pictured) will be based in Canberra and will focus on building partnerships with government clients across policy development, programme evaluation, communications research, behaviour change and citizen experience.

He has spent more than 15 years working on government and public sector research and his clients have included all levels of government, NGO’s, charities and social change organisations.
