Former Liverpool FC research director launches advisory business
The business aims to help sport organisations ‘improve their decision-making capabilities’ through statistical analysis, according to its website.
Graham was director of research at Liverpool FC from 2012 to 2023. At the club, he developed statistical tools for the prediction of football matches and analysing the performance of players.
Prior to Liverpool, he was head of football research at Decision Technology, running data analysis projects for the Premier League, Tottenham Hotspur, and bookmakers.
Ludonautics seeks to assist sporting teams that are looking to implement more of a data-driven approach, for example, with their player recruitment and performance analysis.
The company has also employed Michael Edwards, previously sporting director at Liverpool FC, as sporting consultant.
