Forsta acquired by healthcare research firm

US/UK/NORWAY – Customer experience (CX) and market research technology business Forsta is being acquired by healthcare employee, patient and consumer experience firm Press Ganey for an undisclosed fee.

The transaction, which will close in either the first or second quarter of 2022, will see Forsta operate as a separate brand and retain its current leadership and staff.

The deal will allow Press Ganey clients to access Forsta’s CX, user experience (UX), employee experience (EX) and market research technology tools, as well as Forsta’s experience in industries such as retail, financial services, travel and hospitality, technology, entertainment and consumer goods.

Forsta said the deal would provide it with the necessary resources for its expansion plans and access to investment, growth opportunities and deep consulting and change management experience across healthcare.
