AUSTRALIA – Market research, customer and employee experience company Forsta has appointed Henry Pooley as managing director for the Asia Pacific (Apac) region.

Based in Sydney, Pooley (pictured) will focus on strengthening the company’s position and growth across the Apac region.

Pooley has a background in leading global sales and client management teams and was previously chief commercial officer at Fraedom (acquired by Visa). He has also held various director roles at American Express covering Australia and the UK.

Forsta launched last year from the merger of customer experience company Confirmit and research tech business FocusVision. The company has offices in Europe, the US, the UK and Australia.

Forsta sold earlier this year to US healthcare research business Press Ganey.

Kyle Ferguson, chief executive, Forsta, said: “We are focused on expanding our presence in the Apac region in order to grow the depth and breadth of our customers relationships and meet their unique needs. With his proven tenure in commercial transformation at a global scale, I am confident that Henry is just the person to accomplish this.”
