Gemius bags Moldovan web contract
The firm will develop a new online currency for Moldova and collect its data from a fusion panel that combines cookie measurement and a traditional panel of web users. Once sites enrolled in the study have been tagged, data collection will begin – with the first wave of results expected in May.
BATI executive director Stanislav Popov said: “This decision is a crucial one for the market, as it is aimed at decisive internet unification and an increase in online advertising profitability.”
Meanwhile, Gemius has launched a similar fusion panel in Ukraine as part of an upgrade of the country’s internet measurement system, which Gemius has provided since 2008.
