Vitek (pictured) is an experienced corporate attorney? with expertise in compliance and corporate governance.

At GfK she will supervise and manage the company’s legal department in the Americas and support its chief legal and compliance officer. She will also help to structure, negotiate, and document mergers and acquisitions on a global basis while managing external counsel in North America and Latin America.

She was previously at Avon Products, where she was vice-president, general counsel and chief compliance officer, Latin America. Prior to joining Avon, Vitek was an associate in the corporate and litigation departments at international law firm, Debevoise & Plimpton.
