GFK hires Erlandson as chief customer officer
Erlandson will take over the position from chief executive Peter Feld from Monday 27 November, with responsibility for sales and business activities across the company’s regions.
He previously held the role of UK chief executive and European managing director at data and analytics firm Dun & Bradstreet. Other previous experience includes management positions at Thomson Reuters, Monitise and CarryQuote AG.
The role completes GfK’s executive leadership team.
Peter Feld, chief executive of GfK, said: “The appointment of Christian Erlandson is another important step in our strategy to change GfK´s relevancy for our clients through digitisation and a significantly increased customer centricity.”
