Glow makes subscription changes

AUSTRALIA – Research technology company Glow has released several platform upgrades, including removing the requirement for subscriptions to its end-to-end survey platform.

Glow said it would charge users for responses and services as they need them, rather than a set subscription.

Other upgrades to its platform include enhanced survey templates, such as quick-start templates and enhanced intellectual property control for researchers using their own research frameworks.

An analysis overhaul to allow the creation of on-platform filters and crosstabs, significance testing and greater options for sharing data has also been carried out.

Users will also be able to run surveys scripted on other major research platforms through Glow, with an AI tool available to help convert surveys into Glow’s format.

Other features include custom dashboards, AI data quality assessments and sample sourcing.

Tim Clover, chief executive officer at Glow, said: “Political, social and economic uncertainty make it more important than ever to stay on top of changes in consumer attitudes and behaviour. But right now, budgets for conducting research are tight.

“We’re trying to help solve this problem by making research easier and more affordable.”
