Godfrey to retire from BrainJuicer board
Godfrey has sat on the company’s board since 2003. He was a director of Research International until 1985 when he founded SGA Market Research. SGA was acquired by Research International’s parent company WPP in 1998.
In preparation for retirement, Godfrey has reduced his shareholding in BrainJuicer by selling £58,000 worth of shares. He still owns 0.5% of the company.
