Gould-Smith joins RealityMine as director in US
Gould-Smith joins from Media Behavior Institute (MBI) where she was executive director of operations and responsible for data quality, operational efficiency and performance of MBI’s panel operations. Prior to MBI, she spent 30 years with Arbitron where she was responsible for leading the phone centres, field operations and sampling operations.
RealityMine has nearly doubled its staff in the past six months growing from 38 employees at the beginning of 2015 to 80. The company has also expanded globally to include offices in LA, Silicon Valley, Chicago and Sydney in addition to New York and Manchester.
