GutCheck puts former Nielsen and Kantar exec on its board

US – Market research and analytics firm, GutCheck, has appointed Rob Wengel to its board of directors.

Wengel (pictured) is the founder and principal of Experience Innovation, a consulting firm focused on growth strategy, innovation, brand building, and insights. Most recently, he led Kantar, North America’s innovation practice and TNS business.

During his career, he was also an executive in various roles at Nielsen, including leading Bases, North America. Wengel has held a variety of senior marketing and sales positions at client companies, including Procter & Gamble.

GutCheck said Wengel’s experience in leading consumer insights, innovation, and big data organisations will help GutCheck build its partnerships with clients and help accelerate growth.
