Haleon offers staff insights-focused mini MBA
The virtual course is endorsed by UCL’s School of Management Executive Education and consists of nine modules covering areas such as insights, semiotics and behavioural science.
Haleon, formerly the consumer healthcare arm of GSK, hopes the introduction of the mini MBA will help it to attract and retain staff. The course is open to the company’s 22,000 employees and can be applied to any business area. It is available for at least the next two years.
Haleon’s brands include Sensodyne and Panadol.
Tamara Rogers, chief marketing officer, Haleon, said: “The launch of the mini MBA offers our colleagues career and professional development, and I’m sure will help Haleon retain and attract the kind of talent that will help us find new and better ways to live happier, healthier and more productive lives – underpinning our future business success.”
