Course5’s tool, Optimizer Suite, uses AI technologies such as deep learning and natural language processing to automate research operations, including questionnaire design, survey programming, data processing and reporting.
Hall & Partners hopes to speed up its turnaround time for research by up to 40% and reduce operational costs by using the platform.
Andy Waller, global chief operating officer at Hall & Partners, said: “We are constantly looking at ways to deliver insights faster for our clients.
