Harris announces changes to senior management tem
Eric Narowski has been given the job of chief financial officer on a permanent basis after being named interim CFO last year. Chief administration officer Marc Levin has been made chief operating officer and will have responsibility for European operations, while Mike De Vere takes on the role of CEO for US business groups on top of his current role as president of US business groups.
Finally, interim head of technology, operations and panel Todd Myers has been appointed chief operating officer for Harris’ US business groups.
CEO Al Angrisani said: “I am pleased that I have been able to solidify the rest of my senior management team. The entire team has contributed significantly to the progress we have made thus far in executing the turnaround programme. Having a stable and committed senior management team with clearly defined areas of accountability is a key element in ensuring a successful turnaround.”
In its latest set of results, for the second quarter of fiscal 2012, Harris reported revenue down 13% but Angrisani highlighted improvements to the firm’s operating income and margin as evidence that the business was making progress.
