Harris Interactive launches express NPD products

UK – Digital market research agency, Harris Interactive, has released two products to deliver faster and more cost-effective need and idea development for clients.

Need Express/PopUp Need and Idea Express/PopUp Idea give insights from consumers early in the product development cycle, so brands can develop more relevant products and services.

Clients can either use the products in an ad-hoc way, or planned and integrated through a systematic programme. They complement its other products such as Concept Express, PackTest Express, Choice Express and Harris 24.

Debbie Senior, vice-president global products & automation said: “It is typically acknowledged that success early in the product development cycle provides a stronger chance of developing products and services that meet market needs.

“By combining our quantitative Express products with our qualitative PopUp communities, we can now provide high quality direction on the most relevant and important needs or ideas, quickly and iteratively, and for less budget.”
