Higher Oak partners with Alida on CX insights
Together, the two will aim to deliver “elevated customer experience and insights to industry-leading organisations”.
With Alida’s TXM platform, which provides industry and role-specific insight and engagement strategies, Higher Oak will help clients to implement a customer experience (CX) programme across the entire customer journey.
The partners will work to deliver actionable insights designed to enable companies to improve customer, employee and product experiences.
