They take over the joint role from Teresa Hatfield, who has led the ICG for the past six years.

Hatfield will remain on the ICG committee.

Rhodes and Elton said: "We are delighted to be taking on the role of co-chair to guide the ICG through its next phase of growth and development. There are many, many wonderful things about the ICG that we are keen to maintain and build on some new ideas that we would like to take forward."
