Interbrand and C Space launch customer experience tool
The offer centres on customer-led innovation to help brands co-create new experiences with their customers. It builds from C Space and Interbrand’s expertise in brand strategy, insights and customer collaboration.
Key areas include: dynamic segmentation, customer journey mapping, experience innovation, as well as immersive and interactive creative solutions for clients.
Among Interbrand X’s launch clients are a QSR brand, a personal care brand, and a global food and beverage company.
Interbrand X will be based in the Interbrand global headquarters in New York City.Executive creative director, William Woduschegg (pictured, right), will relocate from Interbrand Tokyo to lead the new offer alongside Michael Green (pictured, left), vice-president of customer strategy and solutions at C Space.They will have support from Christopher Nurko, chief innovation officer at the Interbrand Group.
