Ipsos appoints country lead for Ipsos Digital in India
Munshi (pictured) is tasked with taking Ipsos Digital offerings to current and prospective clients for consumer surveys and overseeing projects.
In the new role, she will report to Anthony Dsouza, country service line leader, innovation, Ipsos India, and lead a team of six market researchers.
Munshi has worked at Ipsos for the past six years, most recently as senior research manager.
The Ipsos Digital service line includes the company’s FastFacts and Creative Spark tools, and do-it-yourself research.
Dsouza said: "Munshi’s remarkable leadership has been evident in her adept management of key accounts, driving increased adoption of our digital platform. Her unique position makes her the ideal candidate to capitalise on opportunities across diverse sectors."
Amit Adarkar, chief executive, Ipsos India, said: "We launched Ipsos Digital during the pandemic, when we were thrown into lockdowns and restrictions, and we wanted client work to continue without any disruption. Post re-opening, clients continue to leverage the digital opportunity over and above all the specialised custom work we do for them, across our service lines."
