Through the service, Ipsos aims to respond to trends impacting the QSR industry, such as home delivery and premiumisation.

Methodologies include screening and validation, menu and price optimisation, product and pack development, and demand forecasting.

The toolkit is available either as self-serve to users of the company’s platform, Ipsos.Digital, or full service through its global innovation teams.

The offer is based on metrics from a database of QSR innovations and the company’s product testing and digital innovation database.

Virginia Weil, global leader of innovation at Ipsos, said the new solutions “offer clients an agile and flexible way to optimise and forecast their innovations”.
