Ipsos executive Martin Grimwood joins FWD Research
Grimwood (pictured), previously senior client officer, financial services at Ipsos, will be responsible for offering consultancy and research services that support firms to implement the Consumer Duty across their businesses.
Grimwood has 30 years of experience within financial services insights, including roles at GfK and ORC International. During his career, he has led research and consulting support to service providers and regulatory bodies.
At FWD Research, his immediate focus will be assisting clients with using research insights to develop Consumer Duty information architectures, which are key for companies in adhering to the new regulation.
