Ipsos hires Philippines head
Abad (pictured) will replace Marie Lee, who retired last month after leading Ipsos’ Philippines business for eight years.
Before taking up her new role, Abad was chief client officer of Kantar Insights Philippines. She also has experience at Millward Brown, WorldPanel, TNS, Added Value and Nielsen Retail in the Philippines as well as Nielsen China.
Suresh Ramalingam, chief executive for south-east Asia at Ipsos, said: “I am delighted to welcome Vicky to lead an important market for Ipsos. She is an effective business and people leader and we look forward to continue the business momentum we’ve been experiencing in the Philippines over the past year.”
