Ipsos records 16.7% Q3 revenue growth
The company’s acquisition of four divisions of GfK Research and Synthesio accounted for 11.7% of revenue growth, Ipsos said in its Q3 results.
Revenue for the quarter was €499.4m, while revenue from the first nine months of 2019 (year-to-date) was €1,402.7m (up 16.7% compared to the first nine months of 2018 ).
Organic growth was 3%, in line with the first half of the year.
The company saw stronger performance in Asia-Pacific than the Americas or EMEA, while emerging markets were more buoyant than developed markets ( 4.6% organic growth compared to 2.2%).
Ipsos said the structure it put in place in the middle of 2018 is having the positive impact it intended. The company expects organic growth for the full year to be ‘3% or above’.
