Join the Dots launches photo tool
The tool, called ‘Caption’, uses a selfie and comment format similar to Snapchat, a statement from the company said.
It is the latest in a series of new approaches from the company, including a range of qualitative and quantitative emoji-based tools.
Andy Buckley, innovation director at Join the Dots, said: “In the last six months, we’ve integrated social listening, implicit testing, passive data tracking, facial coding and state-of-the-art text analytics into our online community platform.
“Photo augmentation is the latest capability to emerge from our innovation pipeline, something which helps fuel our continued growth and success.”
Join The Dots is headquartered in Manchester and recently expanded to the US with the opening of a New York office.
