Join the Dots role changes at the top
Ashby and Lawrence led the senior team management buyout of the agency last year.
In addition, it has expanded its board with the appointment of Phil Andrews (pictured) as a non-executive director.
Andrews was chief operating officer of marketing services group, Engine UK, from 2008 to 2012. In 1998 he founded advertising agency, Partners Andrews Aldridge, which was sold to Engine in 2008. Prior to starting Partners Andrews Aldridge, he was managing director of Arc Group’s integrated agency.
Andrews said: “Join the Dots is a great business demonstrating strong growth with an impressive client list. I’m joining at a particularly exciting stage of the company’s journey as it expands its reach into international markets namely the US and Asia, as well as growing its sector specialisms.”
Ashby added: “Phil’s experience of growing consultancy and agency businesses is second to none and he will be an invaluable addition to our board as we look forward to the next phase of growth.”
