Illitch Real (pictured) has been appointed to the newly created role of project and operations director to build on the company’s internal operations for employees and clients. Real joins Kadence from healthcare agency Surveylog, where he was research director.

Carolina Starkhammar has joined as senior insight executive from Verve, where she worked on both qualitative and quantitative research.

The company has also appointed Rob Jones and Amelia Warren as graduate insight executives, while Clare Burrows has joined as a research and administration assistant.

Greg Clayton, managing director at Kadence UK, said: “These additions to our team serve to underline the growth that we’re continuing to enjoy over the last couple of years. We’re continuing to expand our client base through our diversified offering – so Illitch and Carolina are fitting straight into our client servicing teams, while Rob, Amelia and Clare will be learning their trades in a supportive, ambitious and fun environment.”
