Kantar hires diversity lead
Musungu (pictured) was previously chair of diversity and inclusion at Boden, and has also held roles at online market research community MindMover and as diversity and inclusion lead at Lewisham Council.
At Kantar, Musungu will work with clients to develop and implement strategies to make their workforces more representative, such as through reforming recruitment practices, developing metrics to measure progress and to create more inclusive working environments.
Musungu will also advise Kantar on its own diversity and inclusion initiatives.
