Academics from the school and Kantar’s strategic consultants will work together on the programme, which is aimed at mid-level public sector officers working on behaviour change policies, programmes, marketing and communication strategies.

Course participants will learn how to analyse behavioural issues and evaluate their effectiveness for policy and practice.

Kantar has previously launched similar programmes in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, France and the Netherlands.

Sandra Lim, managing director of Kantar’s public division in Singapore, said: “This course will enable participants to explore the best mix of policy levels to achieve desired policy and behavioural objectives.”

Cheryl Chung, co-director of Lee Kuan Yew’s executive education programmes, added that the behaviour change curriculum would focus on applied learning and real-world problems.
