Kantar Public hires head of policy and data for Singapore
Lim (pictured) previously worked for National Healthcare Group where he founded and led a multi-disciplinary data analytics team called Health Outcomes and Medical Education Research for more than a decade.
In his new role, Lim will focus on expanding Kantar Public’s policy development, evaluation and data analytics.
Lim’s appointment follows Kantar Public’s hiring of Damien Huang as director of policy development and evaluation in June 2021.
Kantar Public last month reorganised its leadership and business in Asia-Pacific to encourage closer working between teams based in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea.
Sandra Lim, managing director of Kantar Public Singapore, said: “Issac will be a great asset to drive the next stage of innovation and growth for our policy development and evaluation offer area.
“His extensive background in organisational behaviour, programme evaluation and data analytics, together with his leadership skills and postgraduate training from the National University of Singapore, Oxford, and Stanford, will further enhance our ability to advise clients on the next generation of public policy and programmes.”
