Kantar TNS UK hires Microsoft’s Crawford
Crawford joins the WPP-owned company from Microsoft, where he held positions in customer and market research since 2014, leading global teams of product, brand and retail research specialists.
Prior to Microsoft, Crawford spent 11 years at Nokia.
In the new role, he will be responsible for delivering insights and driving strategic making for Kantar TNS clients, working with account teams. He will also help to develop the agency’s offer in the areas of product and service innovation.
Amy Cashman, managing director of Kantar TNS UK, said Crawford’s "extensive client-side experience in the technology industry" would ensure the agency’s continued focus on "delivering insights using the latest cutting-edge techniques" to drive client growth.
