King’s College London hires engagement director
Hall (pictured) will be responsible for embedding qualitative and deliberative research methods into the institute’s and KCL’s work.
The position of director of engagement is a newly created role at the institute.
Before joining KCL, Hall led the qualitative research team at Ipsos Mori from 2013, focusing on deliberative, participatory, ethnographic and digital research methodologies.
Professor Bobby Duffy, director of the Policy Institute at KCL, said: “We are delighted to have Suzanne taking on this new role at the Policy Institute. She brings tremendous experience and skills, and will be a huge asset to the team.
“Suzanne will be vital in ensuring we make the most of a wide range of new and innovative research methods. More generally, Suzanne’s appointment is central to our plan to work with key academics and practitioners on the development and testing of deliberative approaches to democratic engagement.”
