Laura Livers joins SeeLevel HX

US – Mystery shopping and customer experience company SeeLevel HX has appointed Schlesinger Group’s Laura Livers as executive vice-president.

Livers (pictured) was chief executive of Focus Pointe Global when it was acquired by Schlesinger Group in 2019. She later held the role of executive vice-president of qualitative solutions at Schlesinger.

Prior to joining Focus Pointe Global in 2009, Livers was president of mystery shopping company Shop‘n Chek Worldwide, now MarketForce.

At SeeLevel HX, she will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
