LivingLens expands customer team

UK – Video intelligence platform LivingLens has appointed three new hires to its customer team in Toronto and London.

Brett Henderson (pictured) has been appointed as global director of customer success. Based in Toronto, he will lead the customer team across territories. Henderson was previously customer success manager at ResponseTek.

The company has also appointed Juliana Almeida and Jenna Boccia to the customer success team, based in London and Toronto respectively. Almeida, who previously managed accounts at comScore, will focus on European relationships, while Boccia will primarily work with clients in North America.

The appointments follow the expansion of the company’s sales team in London, New York and Toronto.
