Maru/edr and LivingLens partner on video
As part of the partnership, Maru/edr clients will be able to use video data capture and analysis across their existing customer research programmes, ad hoc studies or online panel projects.
The integration of the technology allows respondents to give feedback using their webcam or mobile app video, and users of the service can tag, transcribe and translate video content via the platform.
Gary Topiol, chief executive at Maru/edr (pictured), said: "Video is a powerful way to capture the attention of stakeholders and drive impactful insight." He added that the partnership will allow the company to "gain the most value from video, providing analysis and insight at speed alongside user-friendly capture and management tools."
