Before joining Lumen, Dimond (pictured) headed up the global attention analytics business at Playground XYZ, part of GumGum.

At Lumen, Dimond will take responsibility for the firm’s sales teams, including overseeing the integration of Lumen’s Attention Measurement Products (LAMP) with agencies and advertisers across the UK and US.

Mike Follett, chief executive officer at Lumen, said: “We are delighted that Ben has decided to join the business as he is an accomplished individual with a strong track record of driving the adoption of attention solutions.

“This experience will be a huge asset to Lumen as we look towards growth in the UK and US markets. Ben is the perfect fit for Lumen, being as he is kind, honest and brilliant like all of our people, and I look forward to working with him to cement attention’s role as the metric to turbocharge the digital advertising sector.”
