Maru buys SynGro
SynGro will be rebranded as Maru/SynGro and its management team will remain in place, overseeing its integration into Maru’s tech platform.
It follows other Maru acquisitions: eDigitalResearch in 2016 which has been rebranded Maru/edr and this year, Usurv, now known as Maru/Usurv.
It was founded in 2004 and is based in Livingston. In 2014 it developed its customer intelligence platform, SynGro Eye.
Ged Parton, CEO of Maru Group, said: “The incorporation of SynGro’s customer experience software into the froup’s platform will enhance our intelligent reporting capability, as we seek to become a leading provider of technology-enabled market and customer insights.”
