MediaSense hires transformation chief

UK – Global media advisory business MediaSense has appointed Jack Shearring as head of transformation.

Shearring (pictured) joins MediaSense from marketing technology and data measurement business Lead Consulting, where he was chief operating officer. At Lead, he advised brands including HSBC, Sony, Farfetch and Heineken to design and deploy transformation programmes.

Prior to Lead, he held marketing roles at Apple and Bloomberg and agency-side roles at Mindshare and Havas.

At MediaSense, Shearring will bolster the company’s transformation practice, working with clients on their change programmes.

Ryan Kangisser, managing partner, strategy at MediaSense, said: “Jack's extensive experience and ability to drive change within complex organisations will provide a great addition to the team and our expanding offering to clients.”

MediaSense evaluates clients’ internal and external agency media operating models and their media supply chains. The company is headquartered in London and operates in 85 countries.
