Griffiths was previously at RAPP as UK client services director, and will work across Merkle’s marketing solutions and agency services divisions.

Merkle has also appointed Soizic Sycamore as client partner, senior director, who will work alongside Griffiths.

Sycamore was previously at Wunderman Thompson where she was a managing partner. Her other prior roles include group account director and business director at TMW and customer relationship management consultant at Sony Mobile.

The appointments follow the hiring of Richard Hennis in February from Engine, and Daniel Brewer, who joined Merkle from Starcom MediaVest in March.

Both are vice-president client partners and will work in the same team as Sycamore and Griffiths.

Anne Stagg, senior vice-president head of client services at Merkle, said: “Recruiting the very best and most experienced in the industry means our client service leads can act as trusted advisors to senior C-suite clients who are embarking on large change management and business transformation programmes.”
