Mobile set to become top screen for UK video viewing
The State of the Industry: Mobile Video Report, from technology firm AOL, is based on a survey of consumers and media buyers across seven markets: the UK, US, Canada, France, Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia.
According to the results from the UK, 52% of consumers watch videos on their smartphones every day – this is the same proportion that watch videos on desktops and laptops.
The report also revealed that 54% of UK consumers watch more online video now than a year ago, and that 71% of UK consumers say they can't live without their smartphones, or always have their device within arm’s reach.
From the media buyers’ perspective, the biggest opportunities for mobile video in the UK in 2017 were seen to be: granular audience targeting ( 42%), videos of under one minute ( 38%) and TV to mobile re-targeting ( 37%).

Can someone in the UK please provide the daily reach of broadcast/cable television. Has it really fallen below 52%? If not, wouldn't that make the headline misleading?
