Mobile survey traffic up in Europe but down in US, says Kinesis
However survey participation via mobile devices fell in the US, from 30.7% in the third quarter of 2012 to 26.3% in Q1 2013.
“This could be an anomaly,” Kinesis said, “or indicative that researchers are continuing to lag behind in programming mobile usability into their fielding studies that are generally intended for desktop respondents.
