Forbus was chief marketing officer and a member of the executive team at Pernod Ricard USA between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, she held senior insights roles at The Walt Disney Company and PepsiCo.

Mondelēz International, headquartered in Chicago, is the maker of brands including Cadbury, Philadelphia and Oreo.

In a post on LinkedIn, Forbus said: “I am thrilled to join Mondelēz International as SVP, global chief of insights and analytics.

“I am delighted to return to the snacking category, work on such powerful brands, and drive impact through the insights and analytics function, a field where my passion has always been, and where I believe value creation begins.”

The Market Research Council recently named Forbus as the winner of its research ambassador award in recognition of her advocacy for the voice of research in the executive suite.
