Monique Drummond leaves Relish

UK – Relish founder Monique Drummond has stepped away from the business, as it moves into a new central London office with sister agency Red C Research.

Monique Drummond

Drummond founded Relish in 2011, with the company being acquired by Business Post Group in 2023. Red C Research and Relish operate as separate agencies within Business Post Group, with Red C Group headquartered in Dublin.

Drummond is leaving to pursue new personal projects, and Relish managing director Simon Thompson will now report directly to Red C Research chief executive Richard Colwell.

The new London address for both companies will be 175 High Holborn, with the combined UK team including 35 people. The move is part of a plan to support their continued growth and an expansion of services for UK and international clients.

Red C UK managing director Richard Barton said: “The Red C team is delighted to join our Relish colleagues in our new central insight hub which provides even greater opportunities for collaboration.

“This move reflects an important investment by the group in the UK businesses and is a crucial stage gate in our plan to grow joint UK revenues to £10m.”

Thompson added: “It’s an incredibly exciting time for us all, especially with new additions to the team and after a strong financial year.

“Being more centrally located improves our connectivity with each other in the group as well as our wider client base, so it’s a positive move all round.”
