Mopinion and Contentsquare partner on customer experience

THE NETHERLANDS – SaaS and online feedback business Mopinion has partnered with data analytics platform Contentsquare to integrate their software.

Contentsquare’s digital experience analytics platform offers customer journey analysis and zone-based heatmapping tools to allow users to record the behaviour of visitors, map their progress and visualise interactions on their website.

The agreement between Mopinion and Contentsquare will allow users to view session replays regarding specific feedback items and examine in-page behaviour with high and low feedback scores.

Luke Price, head of global sales at Mopinion, said: "Our shared clients now have the means to obtain a complete view of the customer journey. Contentsquare reveals what the site visitors are doing and Mopinion reveals why."

Gilad Zubery, vice-president at Contentsquare, added: "This integration with Mopinion adds a critical layer of customer understanding and extends the impact of our data insights."
