MRII names new board officers and members

US – Market research education and training institute Market Research Institute International (MRII) has appointed Dan Fleetwood, president, research and insights at QuestionPro, as president of its board of directors.

Fleetwood has held various roles at QuestionPro over the last decade, and has been a member of the MRII board since 2022.

MRII has also appointed Anthony Jackel, senior director, business intelligence and analytics, Ferrara, as treasurer, while Jim Whaley, chief executive at OvationMR, becomes president-elect.

As well as the officer appointments, MRII has elected six new board members: Ryan Barry, president, Zappi; Stephen DiMarco, president and co-founder, Navigating Growth; Pam Forbus, senior vice-president, global chief of insights and analytics, Mondelez International; Zontziry (Z) Johnson, head of research, Knit; Ravi Parmeswar, president, Kastu Analytics; and Niels Schillewaert, head of research and methodologies, Conveo.ai.

Fleetwood (pictured) said: “I’m excited to continue advancing MRII’s mission of fostering leadership, best practices, and industry knowledge in market research and insights worldwide. As the industry evolves, I look forward to driving innovation and expanding our educational offerings to empower insights professionals and those eager to deepen their understanding of market research.”
