MRS gains awards trust mark
The not-for-profit accreditation is run by the Independent Awards Standard Council and recognises the independence, transparency and quality of administration of awards programmes.
The accreditation scheme is based around a voluntary code of conduct that awards organisers commit to, with all levels of the trust mark requiring a director to sign up to this code of conduct.
Jane Frost, chief executive at MRS, said: “This accreditation is validation of the MRS and Research Live Awards and MRS Operations Awards independence and professionalism.
“It is great to get the recognition which really crowns the way the awards are run.”
The MRS Operations Awards 2025 are currently open for entries, with more information available here. The MRS and Research Live Awards will be open for entries from 1st May 2025.
