mruk makes new appointments in Scotland
Alison Johnstone joins the agency as research manager, having previously been customer insights manager at the Student Loans Company. In addition, Neil Simpson, who has been policy advocate for five years at Customer Futures (formerly Consumer Focus) joins as research consultant.
The consultancy opened its Glasgow office earlier this month to create a Scottish hub to better support its clients north of the border. It also has offices in Manchester along with its Battersea-based London headquarters.
Its clients cover a range of private sector organisations as well as third sector charities and non-governmental organisations.
